Services

Engagements defined by the outcome, not the deliverable.

The line under each is the problem it solves. If one of them sounds like your business, that is where we would start. The advisory work is mine. Design and build work is delivered with a small team of developers and designers I work with.

Revenue strategy

Growth targets exist but the commercial model behind them does not.

GTM & sales architecture

Marketing and sales run as two systems with different definitions of success.

Pipeline generation

Pipeline arrives in bursts, driven by effort rather than by process.

Sales process design

Every seller runs a different process and the forecast cannot be trusted.

CRM & automation

The CRM is full of data nobody relies on to make a decision.

Applied intelligence operations

Sellers spend more time researching and logging than selling.

Event management

The event runs, but it does not reliably produce commercial return.

Corporate event management

Private events are planned against a date instead of an outcome.

Website design & build

The site looks acceptable and converts almost nobody.

Software & product build

The thing the business needs to run does not exist yet, and there is no engineering team to build it.

Point of view

The old sales playbook is broken.

More leads more revenue.
More automation better sales.
More activity more pipeline.

Volume was never the constraint. Most businesses that feel starved of leads are losing qualified demand between first contact and close. Adding more at the top increases the amount lost.

The constraint is structural. An undefined ideal customer, a qualification standard living in one person's head, a process nobody wrote down. Effort does not compensate for design problems.

Modern revenue is engineered. The businesses growing predictably are not working harder. Each stage has an owner, a standard and a number, so improvement is deliberate.

Applied intelligence

Intelligence should multiply your best salespeople — not replace them.

Used well it removes the research, the admin and the guesswork that consume a seller's week. Used badly it produces more mediocre outreach faster. The difference is whether it sits inside a system or on top of one.

01

Prospecting

Build and refresh target lists against a defined ideal customer, instead of buying volume and hoping.

02

Research

Surface the account context a seller would need an hour to assemble, before the first conversation.

03

Personalisation

Ground every message in something specific and true about the buyer, at a volume a person could not sustain.

04

Sales intelligence

Read signals across the pipeline and flag the deals quietly stalling before the forecast does.

05

CRM automation

Remove the administrative tax — logging, routing, enrichment — so the data stays trustworthy without effort.

06

Revenue analytics

Turn stage-by-stage conversion into a live picture of where revenue leaks and what to fix next.

Alternatives

I am one of five options. Here is when the other four are better.

Most of this page argues for hiring me. This part does not.

Hire a sales leader

Right when

You have enough volume to keep one busy, and you know what good looks like well enough to manage them against it.

The catch

Three to six months to hire, six to twelve to know whether it worked. If the commercial model underneath is wrong, they inherit the same problem with a salary attached to it.

A large consultancy

Right when

You need a name your board already recognises, work running in several countries at once, or genuinely twenty people on it.

The catch

The people who sold the work are rarely the people who do it, and what arrives is usually a recommendation rather than a working system.

A lead generation agency

Right when

The machine already converts, and you honestly just need more at the top of it.

The catch

If qualified demand is being lost between first contact and close, more at the top increases the amount lost. That is the whole argument of this site.

Do nothing for now

Right when

You are early, the offer is still moving, and nobody has sold it repeatably yet, including you. Buying a system for a business that has not found its shape is expensive guesswork.

The catch

Nothing, for a while. Then the same problem, larger, with more people depending on it.

Work with me

Right when

You want the commercial model decided and then built, by the person who has carried the number, and you would rather own a working system than a recommendation.

The catch

I am one person. I take a small number of engagements at a time, and for any of the four situations above I am the wrong choice.

Questions

The things people ask before they write.

You are one person. What happens when you are busy?

I take a small number of engagements at a time, deliberately, and I will tell you plainly if I cannot start when you need me rather than stretch. The advisory work is mine and is not delegated. Design and build work is delivered with a small team of developers and designers I work with.

Why you and not a large consultancy?

If you need twenty people, a global footprint and a name your board already recognises, use one. They are good at that. Come to me when you want the person who carried the number to be the person doing the work, and when a decision in three weeks is worth more to you than a deck in three months.

What does it cost?

There is no price list here, because one figure cannot be right across five currencies and engagements that range from a two-week decision to a year of building. The diagnostic reads what you actually need and proposes a shape, with a number attached, before you commit to anything.

How long does an engagement take?

A diagnostic runs two to three weeks. A focused sprint on one stage of the funnel runs six to twelve. Ongoing work is monthly and open ended. Most people start with the first and decide from there.

Do you advise, or do you do the work?

I do the work. Strategy that arrives as a document and leaves the building the same day is the thing this practice exists to replace. Expect me inside your CRM, writing the sequences and sitting in on calls.

Which markets do you work in?

The United Kingdom, United States, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and India. I have carried a profit and loss in the first four. They buy quite differently from one another, which is usually the point.

Next step

Let's structure your growth.

Ready to move from ad-hoc selling to systemic revenue generation? Let's identify where the engine is leaking opportunity — and build the system designed to fix it.
